I have current Mental Health First Aid Accreditation, and have volunteered as a Hear Me listener whilst completing my qualification.

I support men to explore their thoughts to assist to identify what's holding them back from their best lives.
Together we will gain clarity on your goals, and the steps moving forward to reach them.
I can support with Grief and Loss, Stress Management, Time Management, Anxiety, Depression, Conflict Resolution and much more.
IMPORTANT
For my clients convenience and ease I offer the choice of in-person or telehealth appointments.
In person appointments are from my workspace located at Hall Road Medical Centre, Carrum Downs.
Standard hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Late night and weekend appointments available by arrangement.
